A Novel Approach for full mouth rehabilitation and esthetic problem solving in Egyptian patient - case report

Background
Tooth loss due to caries or and vertical bone loss are a common phenomenon among middle age Egyptians which require esthetic and surgical management in circumstances.
Purpose
This case report discusses the management of vertical bone loss restoring missing teeth and esthetic smile make over.
Patient and methods
Thorough patient assessment was followed by taking impression, diagnostic cast and radiographic examination including cone beam CT. After patient agreement on the proposed treatment plane, open and close sinus lift surgeries followed by implants and full coverage crowns in addition to restoration of carious teeth were caried out. The patient was followed up for 6 months postoperatively.
Conclusion
The patient was extremely satisfied with the functional and esthetic rehabilitation performed. Posterior bone height was restored with a simple technique followed by implants. The patient’s smile restored using zirconia crowns.
